New Schedule of Verification Fees for Employment Contracts and Other Labor Related Documents

In line with Joint Circular No. 2024-1 titled “Guidelines on the Use of Verification Fee Fund and Schedule of Verification Fees for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 and Years Thereafter”, jointly issued by the Department of Migrant Workers, the Department of Budget and Management, and the Bureau of the Treasury on 12 December 2024, please be informed that the verification fees for employment contracts and other related documents for both land-based and sea-based have been revised as follows:

1. For Landbased
   1. To be paid by the Contracted Worker for Individual Employment Contract
      • those with no Personal Data Sheet/DMW Record – US$ 10.00 (Euro 10.00)
      • those who transferred employment onsite – US$ 10.00 (Euro 10.00)
   2. To be paid by the Employer/Foreign Placement Agency
      • Individual Employment Contract (Domestic Workers, Cleaners, and Other Vulnerable Groups) – US$40.00 (Euro 40.00)
      • Job Order/Manpower Request – US$40.00 (Euro 40.00)
      • Recruitment Agreement – US$40.00 (Euro 40.00)
      • Master Employment Contract – US$40.00 (Euro 40.00)
   3. Direct Hires – US$40.00 (Euro 40.00)
2. For Seabased – To be paid by the Manning Agency
   • Manning Agreement – US$40.00 (Euro 40.00)
   • Special Power of Attorney – US$40.00 (Euro 40.00)
   • Crew Complement – US$40.00 (Euro 40.00)

Please note that the Euro equivalent is based on the exchange rate set in DFA Circular No. 1592-OUA- 2024, which adopts a collection exchange rate of 1.00 USD to 1.00 EUR for Eurozone transactions.

Collection of the new schedule of verification fees will take effect on 01 July 2025.
