CHECK STATUS OF YOUR DIGITAL ID AS OVERSEAS VOTER
The Philippine Embassy in Berlin wishes to inform all registered overseas voters that COMELEC-Office for Overseas Voting (COMELEC-OFOV) has forwarded to the Embassy the Digital Voter’s IDs of all approved overseas voters (ACTIVE voters) under our jurisdiction*. Active Overseas Voters refers to all registered and active overseas voters under Berlin PE’s jurisdiction from 2003 to 30 September 2024.
*Consular Jurisdiction:
BERLIN, BRANDENBURG, HAMBURG, BREMEN, SAXONY, LOWER SAXONY, SAXONY-ANHALT, SCHLESWIG-HOLSTEIN, and MECKLENBURG-VORPOMMEN.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES:
STEP 1. Check if your name is included in the Certified List of Overseas Voters (CLOV) under Berlin PE which can be found in this link from COMELEC website;
STEP 2. If your NAME IS ON THE LIST, please proceed to STEP 3. If your NAME IS NOT ON THE LIST, it could mean any of the following:
- You are not a registered Overseas Voter;
- Your registration record as an overseas voter is under another Philippine Embassy/Philippine Consulate. If this is the case, please contact the concerned Philippine Embassy or Philippine Consulate to check on the status of your digital voter’s ID. (You may check the National Registry of Overseas Voters (NROV) through this link from COMELEC website); OR
- Your registration record is NOT ACTIVE or have been deactivated.
STEP 3. To check the status of your digital ID, please fill out the form below. If your name is included in the list provided by COMELEC, The Embassy will send a copy of your Digital Voter ID via your registered email.
