General Information on the Entry of Foreigners to the Philippines
For information on the entry protocols at Philippine airports, please refer to the information on the Implementation of the e-Travel Customs System, effective 10 May 2024.
The categories of foreign nationals in the following table shall be allowed entry into the Philippines provided they have:
- Passports valid for at least six (6) months at the time of arrival;
- Return or outbound tickest to their country of origin or next country of destination (those availing of Balikbayan Privilege are exempted from this requirement);
- Registered on the eTravel portal at least 72 hours prior to arrival in the Philippines (registration is free of charge);
- Valid visas OR other documentary requirements per table below

IMPORTANT: Foreign nationals from visa-free countries who wish to stay in the Philippines for more than 30 days can either (a) request an extended stay at the Bureau of Immigration upon arrival in the Philippines, or (b) apply for a visa at the Philippine Embassy in their country of residence.
