EMBASSY CONSULAR OUTREACH MISSION IN HAMBURG

The Philippine Embassy in Germany is pleased to announce the conduct of a Consular Outreach Missions in Hamburg on 25-26 April 2026 as part of its efforts to bring its consular services closer to our Kababayans residing in Hamburg and surrounding areas.

Venue: Tagungshaus Katholische Akademie, Herrengraben 4, 20459 Hamburg

Working Hours: 25 April (Saturday) – 09:00H-17:00H

26 April (Sunday) – 09:00H-14:00H

The following services may be availed of during the Consular Outreach Mission:

Application for Philippine passports for adults and minors

New application
Renewal

Civil registration of documents, including delayed registration – Report of Birth, Report of Marriage, and Report of Death
Taking of fingerprint impressions for NBI Clearance Form
Authentication and/or notarization of consular documents
Application for Citizenship Reacquisition/Retention or Renunciation
Application for Travel Document for one-way direct travel to the Philippines
Overseas Absentee Voting (OAV) Registration

Consular clients the are reminded of the following:

For passport applicants, please book an appointment via https://www.passport.gov.ph
For all other consular services, please book appointment via – https://tinyurl.com/5n99aazb
For consular documents services, please send the appropriate forms and corresponding %requirements via email consular.outreach@philippine-embassy.de for pre-assessment and pre-processing. Once documents are found in order, the Embassy will send a confirmation email of your appointment.
For those who want their documents sent via courier/postal mail, please provide a prepaid return/self-addressed envelope together with the accomplished application form and the required documents for the particular service you are applying for. You may refer to the Philippine Embassy website’s Consular Service Section for the specific requirements.
During the Consular Outreach Mission, the Embassy can only accept cash payment. Official Receipt will be issued.
