TEMPORARY ARRIVAL TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
effective 09 August 2020

The following shall be allowed to enter the Philippines:
- Filipinos
- Foreign airline crew members
- Foreign spouse and minor children of Filipinos*^
- Children with special needs (regardless of age) of Filipinos*^
- Foreign parent of minor Filipinos*^
- Foreign parent of Filipino children with special needs (regardless of age)*^
- Accredited foreign government and international organization officials and their dependents.*
- Foreign seafarers with 9(c) visa*

Note:
^ - Must comply with four (4) IATF conditions
* - Those without an existing valid visas (including those who enjoyed visa-free privileges) must apply for an entry visa

1. Section 13 Series of Commonwealth Act No. 613 as amended:

- 13 Quota (13a), (13b), (13c), (13d), (13e), (13g)
2. RA 7919 visa
3. EO 324 visa
4. Native Born visa
5. Temporary Resident visa relative to Section 13 of CA 613 as amended (based on MO No. ADD-01-038 / ADD-02-015) >
6. MCL 07-021 Permanent Resident Visa based on Section 13(a) of CA 613 under MO No. MCL 07-021

1. MUST HAVE A VALID AND EXISTING VISA AT THE TIME OF ENTRY
2. WITH PRE-BOOKED ACCREDITED QUARANTINE FACILITY *
3. WITH PRE-BOOKED COVID-19 TESTING PROVIDER
4. SUBJECT TO THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF INBOUND PASSENGERS AS SET BY THE NATIONAL TASK FORCE FOR COVID-19

FEELING UNWELL?

If CoVID-19 infection is suspected, please take the following steps as a precaution:

-stay home
- isolate yourself, as much as possible, from other members of your household.
- contact your local health department for advice.

In case of emergency, call 112 and inform the phone operator that CoVID-19 infection is suspected.

New COVID Restrictions in Berlin
Effective 10 October to at least until 31 October 2020

Imposition of a curfew period from 23:00 to 06:00

Closures: All stores, bars, and restaurants must be closed from 23:00 to 06:00, except for pharmacies and gas stations.

Pharmacies will only be allowed to sell medicines during the curfew period, and gas stations will only sell necessary car-related items.

Contact Restrictions


During the day: Groups of up to 50 persons are permitted to gather outdoors and in public areas; for indoor private events, the maximum number is 10 persons, provided social distancing can be maintained.



During Curfew: Between the hours of 23:00 to 06:00, a maximum of 5 persons from different households, or people from 2 households may stay together in a public area during the curfew period.

Wearing of Masks

The use of facemasks is mandatory in public transportation, and indoors or outdooor events where social distancing cannot be maintained.

In offices, face masks are mandatory in public spaces and while moving around the building.

ADDITIONAL CONSULAR APPOINTMENT SLOTS

From 03 to 13 November 2020, the Philippine Embassy will extend its public operating hours until 15:00. Please check the Embassy’s online appointment registration system for the additional consular appointment slots


The extension of public hours is to ensure that the Embassy could accommodate as many clients as possible, in view of general discussions of possible additional movement restrictions depending on COVID-19 related developments.


Clients who already secured an appointment slot and wish to avail of an earlier schedule may do so. When making a new appointment, please indicate your reference number in the description box.
