NBI Clearance

NBI CLEARANCE

According to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), applicants who have previously issued NBI clearances (from 2014 onwards) can now renew their NBI clearance without the need of accomplishing the new NBI fingerprint form No. 5, provided that there are no changes to their personal data.

Applicants who are living/working abroad must secure and accomplish the Fingerprint Card Form, available at the Embassy. This process also applies to Foreign Nationals who had lived in the Philippines and will be required to submit an NBI Clearance Certificate. Application for NBI Clearance is made in person and by appointment only.

  1. Personal Appearance
  2. Duly accomplished NBI Form (not available online)
  3. Two (2) passport size photos with white background
  4. Valid Passport or ‘Ausweis’
  5. Fee €27,50

The accomplished NBI form duly certified by the Consul has to be sent by the applicant himself/herself directly to the National Bureau of Investigation in Manila for the issuance of the clearance.

Please book your appointment here.

For the fees, please refer to the Updated Schedule of Consular Service Fees.
