REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS
FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR TWO MONTHS
AT THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY IN LUISENSTRASSE 16
1. The Philippine Embassy in Berlin, Germany, through its Bids and Awards Committee intends to procure through Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184 Security Services for Two Months (1 January-28 February 2019).
2. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Philippine Embassy in Berlin (Berlin PE-BAC) now invites quotations for the said project, described as follows:

4. Quotations must be submitted to Berlin PE-BAC Secretariat Office on or before 27 December
2018, 1200H.
5. Quotations submitted after the deadline shall not be accepted.
