Philippine Embassy Berlin, with the Frankfurt Philippine Consulate General, Conducts Consular Mission in Frankfurt

The Philippine Embassy Consular Team composed of Vice Consul Marie Cris Chieng, Ms. Cecilia Estrella, Mr. Ruben Atienza, Ms. Amor de Asis Del Mundo and Mr. Elvin Jay Alejandro, conducted a mobile consular outreach service in Frankfurt on December 1.

The consular outreach in Frankfurt was hosted by the soon-to-open Philippine Consulate General in Frankfurt (Frankfurt PCG) led by Consul General Evelyn D. Austria-Garcia.

Consular services were delivered in tandem with Frankfurt PCG colleagues, namely Deputy Consul General Emil Fernandez, Ms. Lolita Cabansag, Mr. Armando Sibug, Mr. Michael Dayrit, Ms. Rayelle Honey Dy-Fabroa, Ms. Violeta Bautista, Ms. Loredanna Hess, Ms. Christine Marisse Mangunay and Ms. Martina Guinyawan.

The team facilitated a total of 131 e-passport applications, authentication, notarials and civil registry transactions.  Services were mainly for overseas Filipinos residing in the German states of Hesse and North Rhine Westphalia.

Frankfurt PCG will have jurisdiction over the State of Hesse once it opens.

The mobile outreach is part of the Philippine Embassy’s efforts to bring its consular services closer to Filipinos residing in different parts of Germany. END

Philippine Embassy Berlin conducts Consular Mission in Munich

November 26, 2018

The Philippine Embassy Consular Team composed of Vice Consul Marie Cris Chieng, Mr. Michael Salazar, Ms. Rowena Hernandez, Ms. Mylah Rubio and Mr. Elvin Jay Alejandro, conducted a mobile consular outreach service in Munich on November 17.

The event was hosted by Consul Stefan Detig, a.h., the Philippine Honorary Consul in Bavaria. Members of the soon-to-open Philippine Consulate General in Frankfurt (PCG Frankfurt) composed of Deputy Consul General Emil Fernandez, Ms. Lolita Cabansag, and Mr. Michael Dayrit also participated in the consular outreach. Frankfurt PCG will have jurisdiction over the State of Bavaria once it opens.

The team facilitated a total of 47 e-passport applications, authentication, notarials and civil registry transactions.  Services were mainly for overseas Filipinos residing in the German states of Bayern and Baden-Württemberg.

Philippine Embassy Holds Consular Outreach in Hamburg

November 13, 2018

The Philippine Embassy in Berlin conducted a consular mission in Hamburg on November 10, 2018, where it rendered a total of thirty-six consular services including passport renewal, certification and notarial services, and one-on-one consultations.

The consular outreach mission was successfully delivered through close cooperation and coordination with the Mindanao Solid Group e.V. and the Filipino Catholic Community in Hamburg.

Approximately 1,600 Filipinos reside in the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, Germany’s second largest city and one of the country’s 16 states.
