Berlin, 22 July 2016, 23:42h Shortly after 6 pm today, shots were heard at a shopping mall in the Olympic Stadium…resulting to 9 dead and about 20 hurt. The official identification of these casualties has not yet been released by the police and we are monitoring this. The police has also reported that as of this time, it cannot be officially said that the event was a terroristic act. Philippine Embassy Conducts Consular Mobile Outreach in Essen
A consular team from the Philippine Embassy in Berlin, composed of Mr. Ruben Atienza, Ms. Amor de Asis-del Mundo, Ms. Rowena Adaya, Ms. Mylah Rubio and Mr. Melchor Francisco conducted an emergency consular mobile outreach service in Essen on 16 July 2016.
