The Philippine Embassy in Berlin wishes to remind the public on the additional documents being requested for Filipinos departing from the Philippines pursuant to the Department of Justice’s Memorandum Circular No. 036 dated 15 June 2015 or the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking (IACAT) Revised Guidelines on Departure Formalities for International-Bound Passengers.     20 September 2021 – The Philippine Embassy in Berlin held it first consular outreach mission this year,  in Hamburg,  on 18 – 19 September 2021. The 7-member consular team, led by Chargé d’affaires, a.i. Lillibeth V.
