ADVISORY
Beginning 15 September 2025, the Philippine Embassy in Berlin will no longer require an appointment for the following consular services:
- Authentication/Notarization
- Civil Registration (Report of Birth, Report of Marriage, Report of Death, etc.)
- Dual Citizenship Application (under Republic Act No. 9225 – Citizenship Re-acquisition/Retention Act of 2003)
Applicants for the above services may bring their applications and supporting documents in person to the Embassy or send them through the following email address for evaluation:
- For Authentication and Notarization: authentication@philippine-embassy.de;
- For Registration of Birth, Marriage, or Death: civilregistry@philippine-embassy.de;
- For Dual Citizenship Applications: citizenship@philippine-embassy.de
After evaluation, the applicant will be notified when their documents will be ready for release.
