Named after our national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal, who lived and worked in Germany from February of 1886 to August 1887, Sentro Rizal is the Philippines’ cultural center abroad. Established under the auspices of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), it serves as a repository of Filipiniana materials and a venue for programs and activities that celebrate Filipino culture, strengthen Filipino identity, and ensure the preservation and promotion of Filipino heritage.
