The Philippine Embassy in Berlin conducted its seventh consular mobile outreach for the year in Frankfurt on 15 August 2015. The team, composed of Consul Rona Beth Goce, Ms. Amor del Mundo, Ms. Cecile Estrella, Ms. Mylah Rubio, Ms. Marie Reyes and Mr. Armand Mahinay, facilitated 138 passport applications, 36 notarization and authentication of documents, and 54 registrations under the overseas absentee voting system.
