A five-member team from the Philippine Embassy conducted the first ever mobile consular mission to Neudenau-Herbolzheim on 1 April 2017. Consul Rona Beth Goce led the mobile consular team. A total of 49 consular services were rendered during the 8-hour Saturday outreach, including 40 passport applications. The Philippine Embassy and the Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC) encouraged overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in Berlin to become entrepreneurs at a brunch hosted by Ambassador Melita S.
