Embassy hosts Carbo-Loading for the Philippine Contingent to the 2018 Berlin BMW Marathon
The Philippine Embassy in Berlin hosted a “carbo-loading” session for the Philippine contingent to the 2018 Berlin BMW Marathon on September 15, 2018, the evening before the race. The “carbo-loading” session, which was meant to help energize the athletes, was attended by over 60 Filipino runners from the Philippines and the United States.
